They just message you like normal. The Lunchbox AI receptionist replies with your real open slots, confirms the details, and writes the booking into your calendar. There's nothing for them to download or sign up for.
Will it stop me getting double-booked?
Yes. The agent only ever offers times that are genuinely free on your calendar, and it can work per staff member, so two customers can't grab the same slot.
Can I approve bookings before they're confirmed?
Yes. Request mode holds a booking as pending until you tap Confirm, handy when you need a deposit, a photo or a quick look before committing. Auto mode confirms simple bookings instantly.
