Get paid in the same chat you booked the job
You can send a PayFast or Yoco payment link right in the WhatsApp chat, so customers pay from their phone the moment the job's done, with no EFT faff and no chasing. Lunchbox marks the invoice paid and updates Xero for you, from R997 a month.
Sound familiar?
The work's finished, but the money sits in "I'll pay you later" limbo for weeks.
Reading out your banking details for the tenth time this week.
No idea who's paid until you check the bank at month-end.

What it looks like
Questions, answered.
Can customers pay me through WhatsApp?
Yes. Lunchbox sends a PayFast or Yoco payment link in the chat, and the customer pays by card or instant EFT from their phone. You don't need to share banking details.
Which payment providers are supported?
PayFast and Yoco, both South African, so your customers pay in rands with methods they already recognise.
Does it update my invoice and Xero?
Yes. When the payment clears, the invoice is marked paid automatically and synced to Xero, so your books stay current without manual reconciling.
Is there a payment link for every job?
You can send a link whenever you're ready, tied to the invoice for that job, so payment, invoice and booking all sit in one chat.
What does it cost?
Payment links are included from R997 per month. Standard PayFast or Yoco transaction fees are set by those providers.
